Important notice: MediTrack is a tool for organising your medication and does not replace a doctor, pharmacist or medical professional. The app does not provide medical recommendations and does not make diagnoses.

Any changes to your medication should always be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist. When in doubt, always consult medical professionals.

4. User obligations

You agree to:

• Use the app only for its intended purpose
• Not enter false information that could harm third parties
• Not decompile, modify or distribute the app
• Not use the app for commercial purposes without permission

MediTrack is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect or missed medication intake that occur despite use of the app. Responsibility for the correct intake of medications lies with the user.

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue the app at any time. We will provide timely notice of significant changes.
